This year has not been good for the fitness side of my life. At least, not yet it hasn’t. The Coronavirus caused gyms to shut and bad habits to be formed whilst working from home – if you were lucky enough to be able to. For many people, this has meant that waistlines have expanded as exercise levels plummet. I am certainly one of those people. I have some interview tips for you today, although my own interview experience has not always been brilliant. For the most part, my stories involving interviews are tales of woe. I’m am known to be bad at interviews! Even with confidence before going in I still suddenly have issues when answering questions. A change in the tone or pitch of my voice or abrupt memory loss is a common problem I have. I have never been one for faith. I do not believe in a greater power and I never used to really understand those that did. I shunned the church and its holy books as nothing more than misinterpreted stories and ancient lore. I didn’t pay it much mind at all.
I still do not have a faith. But I do have spirituality now.
You’ve probably read my first post. Undoubtedly you are thinking that I am either a) full of myself, or b) full of self-confidence.
Neither is true.
The correct answer was c) I just know I have the potential to do anything if I really, truly, set my mind to it. And guess what? You do too.
